Mas Fleuri is a 350 m², five-bedroom holiday villa in Antibes on the French Riviera, created for extended families and groups of friends who want shared days without giving up quieter moments.

The character
Contemporary light meets Provençal stone.
The house brings two distinct moods together. One side is bright and contemporary, with wide windows and a modern lounge. The other keeps the texture of the Côte d’Azur through stone walls, timber details and tall French doors.
Each part has its own living room and kitchen. That flexibility makes early breakfasts, children’s meals and dinner for the whole table easier to arrange. The kitchens include an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, wine fridge, toaster, cooking essentials and a Nespresso coffee machine.
How the house is arranged
Several levels, clearly divided.
The house is connected by stairs. The floor plans show the relationship between every room before you choose where each guest will sleep.

Entrance level
Bedrooms 2 and 4 sit in the contemporary wing. Bedroom 3 is in the Provençal wing.

Living level
The contemporary living room and kitchen connect across the house to Bedrooms 1 and 5.

Upper terrace level
The Provençal living room, second kitchen and outdoor dining terraces share this level.
Private rooms
Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
All five bedrooms are air conditioned. Bedroom 2 has a 180 × 200 cm king bed. Bedrooms 1, 3, 4 and 5 each have a 160 × 200 cm queen bed. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, and the villa has six bathrooms in total.
Eight air conditioning units serve the five bedrooms, both living rooms and the entrance area. Fast Wi Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washing machine and dryer make longer stays practical.

Outside
A garden that follows the rhythm of the day.
Breakfast can begin with a Mediterranean view, lunch beneath the shaded canopy and dinner around the outdoor table for ten. Across the 2,500 m² garden are a gazebo, barbecue, table tennis and terraces for reading or talking away from the main group.
The two pools occupy separate parts of the grounds. Both are private and heated to 28°C throughout the year. The larger pool measures 11 × 5.5 metres and the second measures 7 × 2.8 metres.

Getting around
Old Antibes and the beaches are a short drive away. A car is useful for Riviera day trips, and Uber serves the area.
Private parking
There is parking for up to five cars inside the property. The exact address is shared after confirmation.
Arrival
Check in begins at 3 pm and check out is by 12 noon. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house.
